Droplet-based sequencing/blowing bubbles

Droplet-based sequencing of genes (clouds) is a type of single cell sequencing which involves encapsulating individual cells from a solution (yellow bubble wand) into tiny droplets (colored bubbles), each containing unique molecular identifiers. These droplets serve as isolated reaction chambers, allowing for sequencing of each cell individually (bubbles containing fragments). This technology enables the analysis of gene expression at the single cell level!
